Our Story
What started as an idea at a high school reunion has turned into the opportunity to impact and change lives for physicians across the country. We noticed that authors, athletes, musicians, and so many other professionals had “agents” or a type of service dedicated to helping them understand what the never ending, confusing, and verbose language in their contract meant. So why didn’t physicians?
As many of our friends, colleagues, and relatives are physicians and healthcare professionals, we set out to understand how we could apply our experiences as healthcare executives, healthcare lawyers, and experienced physicians to educate our peers on how to understand the complexities of their contracts.

What we discovered was that throughout the journey to become a physician, starting in your undergraduate career and once you become an attending, there is never a point in which you are taught or educated on how to navigate through your contract, even more so, how to navigate through the intersection of business and medicine. Our goal is to help physicians understand the business of medicine, starting with the foundation of your career, your physician contracts and agreements. Our goal is to empower you to be the physician you have worked so hard to be, while also being a resource throughout your career.
